    Operating Room Circulator (RN) – Travel Assignment

    Location: Quinter
    Facility: Gove County Medical Center
     

    Position Details

    • Discipline: RN
    • Specialty: OR Circulator
    • Type: Travel
    • Duration: 13 weeks
    • Shift: 8-Hour Days (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM)

    On-Call Requirements

    Up to 15 days of call, including:

    • Weekend Call: Friday 4 PM → Monday 7 AM
    • Weekday Call: Monday–Thursday, 5 PM → 7 AM

    This on-call is largely due to supporting labor & delivery and emergency C-sections.

    Job Responsibilities

    The RN will primarily function as an Operating Room Circulator, with additional support duties including:

    • Pain management/HPM
    • Specialty clinics (podiatry, general surgery, cardiac, etc.)
    • Labor & delivery support including C-sections
    • Central sterile support (preferred but not required)

    Certifications Required

    Because of labor & delivery involvement, the RN must hold:

    • BLS
    • ACLS
    • PALS
    • NRP

    Must have an active Kansas RN license at time of submission.

    EMR Systems

    • CPSI Evident
    • PeriGen for OB

    Housing Information

    The facility has a shared duplex available:

    • Cost: $700/month or $10/hr off agency rate
    • Shared with up to 4 in the basement + 2 upstairs (varies)
    • Not pet-friendly
    • Scrubs are provided
