- Develop a matrix of top 10 multinational beauty & personal care companies detailing their brands, ingredients, and product lines to analyze potential business opportunities, market gaps, and future demands/needs of their organization
- Gather, catalog and analyze competitor literature, data and pricing
- Assist with trade show planning and implementation
- Coordinate with outside vendors and media partners for collateral development, advertising, trade shows, and promotions
- Manage and update technical documentation on internal cloud service and ensure formatting continuity
- Responsible for social media platforms and use of channels to promote events, product launches, brand awareness and engage customers
- Maintain and update company website, UL Prospector, and ShareFile as well as other third party media and digital relationships
- Assist with product launches, including Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, press releases, website management, advertisement development, collateral creation and coordinating with media partners for promotions
- Continually monitor market trends and consumer demands
- Contribute to the creation of digital advertisements using Adobe Create Suite
- Monitor and track inventory of collaterals and promotional materials
- Organize, collect and upload leads and track campaign performance using CRM (SalesForce) software
- Design and manage mass emailing campaigns using ConstantContact and SalesForce in alignment with advertising schedules
- Responsible for ensuring collateral delivery and shipments to various sales persons and distributors as needed
- Work collaboratively across multiple departments to facilitate product launches, ensure technical accuracy and meet deadlines

- Adobe Creative Suite (In Design/Illustrator/Photoshop)

- Fluency, written and verbal, in Spanish, Chinese, Portuguese or Russian a plus
