Job Summary
This position requires ownership of HRIS related to employee data day-to-day interaction with clients as well as close interactions with other team members.- Manage multiple hires terminations promotions transfers daily Data entry in HRIS systems Set up pre-employment background drug screening coordinate review approval results with HR Scan upload file employee documentation ensure documents collected maintained support record retention requirements needed Provide support new candidates system issues access systems Respond inquiries password resets Use system knowledge consult HR Reps ensure all employee record updates complete comprehensive accurate Backup other HRIS team members Support SOX compliance reviews Perform cleanup projects relating to employee data
