As an IFR Pilot, you will play a vital role in delivering critical air medical transport services, operating with the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and efficiency. - Perform line pilot duties in accordance with the General Operations Manual (GOM).
- Support our Safety Management System, Destination Zero, and safety initiatives.
- Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure safe and reliable transport.
- Participate in community outreach and follow company policies.
- Assist with patient and equipment loading/unloading as required.
- Operate in a 24-hour environment with rotating day and night shifts.
- Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings.
- Current First Class Medical Certificate.
- Meet CAMTS requirements.
- Minimum 2,000 total flight hours, including:
- 1,500 helicopter hours
- 1,000 PIC helicopter hours
- 500 turbine helicopter hours
- Night experience: 100 unaided hours or 50 unaided plus 100 NVG.
- 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated).
- Ability to meet weight restrictions (235 lbs or less).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to pass interviews, pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
