About the Opportunity: We are a leading air medical transport provider in Meridian, MS, recognized for over 40 years of safety excellence and innovation. As an IFR Pilot, you will play a vital role in delivering critical air medical transport services, operating with the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and efficiency. Responsibilities:
  • Perform line pilot duties in accordance with the General Operations Manual (GOM).
  • Support our Safety Management System, Destination Zero, and safety initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure safe and reliable transport.
  • Participate in community outreach and follow company policies.
  • Assist with patient and equipment loading/unloading as required.
  • Operate in a 24-hour environment with rotating day and night shifts.

Requirements:
  • Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings.
  • Current First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Meet CAMTS requirements.
  • Minimum 2,000 total flight hours, including:
    • 1,500 helicopter hours
    • 1,000 PIC helicopter hours
    • 500 turbine helicopter hours
  • Night experience: 100 unaided hours or 50 unaided plus 100 NVG.
  • 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated).
  • Ability to meet weight restrictions (235 lbs or less).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to pass interviews, pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
