Remuneration: $18 - $23 per hour

How You'll Make an Impact

As an Oral Surgeon Dental Assistant, you'll assist in meeting the clinical requirements of the practice's patients and practitioners. You'll receive the necessary support to realize your career aspirations and contribute to your community one smile at a time.

Travel to local offices to aid in patient care**
Assist in various treatment procedures
Conduct dental X-rays
Prepare and organize operatory post-treatment
Handle infection control by sterilizing instruments and equipment
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices for optimal dental health
Complete miscellaneous office tasks as needed
Collaborate with other dental team members to deliver outstanding patient care

Requirements:

Valid license, registration, or permit as mandated by the state of practice; including x-ray certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients of diverse backgrounds and ages
Dedication to continual learning and professional advancement
Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent

*Specifics may vary depending on the independently owned and operated Aspen Dental locations.

**Given the need for daily travel to designated offices in this role, you must maintain a current unrestricted driver's license and suitable insurance coverage or eligibility for coverage under the employer's fleet insurance program (for those provided with a Company fleet vehicle). The Company retains the right to request and assess your Motor Vehicle Record as needed, following state regulations.
