We are seeking an Onsite Installation Manager to provide onsite support, management, and coaching to our team of Onsite Software and Hardware installers.

    The Onsite Installation Manager will travel throughout the U.S. to our new client pharmacies to observe, assist, and direct our Onsite Software Installers, using industry knowledge, technical know-how, and leadership skills to manage the team and oversee implementations. When not traveling, this position will report in-person to our Grapevine, TX office to complete managerial and administrative duties.

    **This is a nationwide traveling position and requires:

    • Ability to travel up to 100% of the time within the United States, including overnight travel
    • Regular travel via commercial airlines
    • A valid, unexpired driver's license and current personal automobile insurance

    Essential responsibilities include:

    • Lead and manage teams of Onsite Installers, including coordination of schedules and travel plans, as well as verification of timesheets and expense reports
    • Provide support and solutions for Onsite Installers during the implementation process, serving as subject matter expert and mentor for installation team members
    • Assist pharmacy staff members by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, insurance claim adjudication problems or answering general questions
    • Identify issues and bring forth resolutions alongside the Implementation team to create consistent processes, process improvements, and associated materials
    • Install specified software packages such as operating systems and Liberty's proprietary software, as well as install, test, and configure hardware components, interfaces, and network settings as needed
    • Respond to employee inquiries concerning internal needs and support
    • Develop and deliver coaching and feedback to individual employees
    • Provide detailed updates, status, and completion information to manager

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree and at least five years of retail pharmacy experience, with management experience required
    • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and current Pharmacist License strongly preferred
    • Ability to travel domestically up to 100% of the time (including overnight travel)
    • Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license, personal auto insurance
    • Must have extensive knowledge of the retail pharmacy industry
    • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize daily commitments and projects with pharmacies and the implementation team
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills required, with ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and experience levels
    • Superb process management and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously and ability to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment
    • Professional and friendly demeanor is a must, with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of client organizations, including pharmacy owners, pharmacists, technicians, and clerks
    • Ability to teach others patiently and empathetically, including users who may or may not be comfortable with technology
    • Comfort with emerging technology and hardware installation and desire to consistently learn and improve
    • Must be able to regularly walk, stand, stoop, crouch, bend, and reach above shoulders
    • Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
