- Under the direction of the beverage managers and supervisors, the bar porter is responsible for supporting the service of beverages to patrons and cocktail servers in accordance with established policy and procedures on an assigned shift.
- The bar porter will assist the bartenders, servers, and supervisors to ensure that product and glassware are available and that service areas are maintained.
- Minimum of six (6) months experience as a bar porter in a high volume lounge or restaurant environment or experience as a busperson, stocker or cleaner in a restaurant environment.
