with travel between branches (2) located in New Hanover and Brunswick counties regularly expected.
The role of the Regional Recruiter is to provide overall supervision of Recruitment functions to ensure all field
employees are compliant with Federal, State,and contractual rules and regulations. The recruiter must develop long-term recruiting strategies,sources candidates through various channels develops trusting relationships with potential hires educates recruits field personnel professionals based on regional operational needs.
