- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives within utility management services.
- Support the analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Participate in interactive workshops and discussions to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights and solutions.
- Identify and recommend digital solutions, systems, and tools to enhance operational efficiency.

- Bachelor's degree in related Engineering field
- Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) or engineer in training (EIT) with an MBA, or Environmental Scientist with an MBA, or digital technology/IT background with an MBA.
- 0-6 years of experience in business analysis, digital solutions and services experience, or utility management services.
- Ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with water quality and/or water/wastewater conveyance and treatment processes is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
