    About the role:

    JCW is working in partnership with a growing regional bank. Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join their team as an IT Audit Manager. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead and execute audits of cloud and IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. The successful candidate will play a key role in safeguarding our bank's digital assets while gaining invaluable exposure to senior leadership.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and conduct audits of cloud services, IT infrastructure, and related processes to assess security, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
    • Develop comprehensive audit plans, including risk assessments, scope definition, and testing methodologies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify control deficiencies, recommend improvements, and track remediation efforts.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to enhance audit methodologies and frameworks.
    • Prepare clear and concise audit reports for senior management, highlighting findings, recommendations, and action plans.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CIA) preferred.
    • Proven experience in IT auditing, with a focus on cloud services and infrastructure. Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is advantageous.
    • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including but not limited to FFIEC, SOX, GDPR, and PCI DSS.
    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify risks, assess controls, and provide practical recommendations.
    • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership and audit committee members.
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
