Senior Project Manager - MSSP
Location: Remote
Salary: $110-140k
Sabot Consulting is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst to support Organizational Change Management activities for our end client's Multipurpose Senior Services Program. This role plays a critical part in analyzing business processes, supporting change readiness efforts, and assisting in the successful adoption of a single statewide case management system across 36 MSSP Providers.
The Business Solutions Analyst works closely with the Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, client staff, and external stakeholders to document current and future state processes, support stakeholder engagement activities, and ensure OCM deliverables align with business needs and program objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collect and interpret data related to process performance, cost, quality, and stakeholder impact.
- Apply structured analytical processes to IT and business transformation initiatives.
- Document current ("as‑is") and future ("to‑be") business processes supporting MSSP operations.
- Assist with gap analysis and readiness assessments related to organizational and system changes.
- Support development of business artifacts including process flows, workflows, and supporting documentation.
- Support the execution of OCM activities including baseline assessments, change planning, and adoption strategies.
- Assist in the development of change management plans, communication materials, and training‑related artifacts.
- Help track and measure change effectiveness using agreed‑upon metrics and success criteria.
- Support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts as needed.
- 5 years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
- 3 years of experience in business systems analysis and design.
- Bachelor's degree (additional qualifying experience may be substituted on a year‑for‑year basis).
- 3 years of hands‑on experience applying Organizational Change Management methodologies to enterprise‑wide IT initiatives.
- Experience supporting public‑sector, health, or human services programs preferred.
- Experience supporting implementation or deployment of software systems within health and human services environments.
- Current Organizational Change Management certification.
- Experience managing fixed‑price, deliverables‑based contracts.
- Strong familiarity with stakeholder engagement across geographically distributed organizations.
- Experience working on statewide or multi‑organization initiatives.
- Familiarity with structured OCM frameworks and business process reengineering.
