- Collaborate with the other Reverse Logistic Specialists to determine needs and areas of development and training.
- Evaluate and test systems updates prior to production release
- Document and distribute IR (Inventory Recovery) workflows and SOPs
- Work alongside the Reverse Logistics Manager as the primary stakeholder for all current and future Inventory Recovery/Reverse Logistics needs
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure cross-training and information sharing is implemented
- Act as the primary POC (Point of Contact) for new hire training along with those in the additional T&D roles
- Collaborate with all Reverse Logistics leadership to ensure we are continuing to support the team and the company values around our returns policies
