The firm's partners previously led teams at large national law firms and in-house, and their lawyers are well-known in the firm's core practice areas.

Remote work
Medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance
Advise clients on data security and privacy compliance.
Draft privacy and data security-related policies and agreements.
Draft and negotiate privacy (including DPAs), advertising, online advertising and/or technology contracts.
8+ years as an attorney practicing in Technology and/or Privacy & Data Security law.
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
Ability to travel for internal and client meetings as expected.
Experience in a specific industry such as online gambling or alcohol.
Deep understanding of numerous data security and data privacy laws and regulations.
