We are seeking a Teller to join our retail network team. As a Teller you will have the most interaction with customers.
Responsibilities
- Achieve financial wellness activity goals by identifying referral opportunities
- Assist customers with questions problem resolution other needs Proactively engage with customers to understand needs inform them of product/service features benefits Refer customers to appropriate team member for complex requests or products/services Actively engage greet customers take ownership resolve any customer issues concerns Balance teller drawer daily participate/assist in office meetings/huddles operations meetings dual control balancing vault ATM device needed Deliver exceptional customer experience both person phone email communications Complete educational training assigned self-educate using bank designed programs applications Have general knowledge all office systems software perform maintenance possess in-depth knowledge bank products services digital offerings Knowledge adherence security dual control processes Participate branch opening closing tasks assigned Work evening hours weeks scheduled assigned necessary Ensure compliance Northwest policies procedures Federal/State regulations Navigate Microsoft Office Software computer applications software department maximize technology tools efficiency Work part team Work site equipment
