- Ensure a customer is receiving the correct order.
- Deliver the orders in a timely manner.
- Answering questions about our food/beverages/services.
- Perform side work and maintain clean service areas.
- Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food.
- Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers, food runners, and bussers as situations arise.
- Performing other kitchen duties as assigned by a supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred with the ability to speak and understand English.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to:
- Standing and walking during an entire shift, averaging to 5 hours per shift.
- Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, shaking, stirring, pouring, and carrying supplies up to 50 pounds in weight.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight on a regular basis.
- A team player's mentality with good communication skills and the ability to stay positive under pressure.
