The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for accurate and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments.Responsibilities
- Receive inspect document incoming deliveries.
- Loading unloading trucks using forklifts pallet jacks equipment.
- Accurately prepare shipping documents labels including bills pick tickets packing slips package palletize finished products shipment customer specifications food safety standards coordinate production quality control departments timely accurate deliveries perform regular inventory counts maintain warehouse organization inspect report damages discrepancies shipments inventory ensure materials properly labeled stored designated areas cleanliness sanitation shipping/receiving storage areas follow company safety protocols food safety procedures GMPs HACCP requirements operate warehouse equipment safely report maintenance safety concerns
