Position Overview:

Suggests, sells and serves food and beverages; knowledgeable about all Lazy Days food, beer, wine and cocktail & spirit program.

Provides great hospitality and guest satisfaction to ensure a good experience for our guests. Works effectively with others to ensure guest satisfaction


Principle Duties:
Hosting / Food Running / Serving (Main floor & Patio Sections)

Provides hospitality and guest satisfaction

Greets guests and seats them in a friendly and efficient manner. Manages wait list via Host Me waitlist app when necessary communicating accurate wait time and options for guests.

Menu knowledge including common allergens and dietary restrictions

Familiar with speciality cocktails, wine and additional beverage offerings

Immediately enters all food and beverage orders into POS system

Follows service expectation guidelines and pacing

Participates in team food and beverage running to ensure that items are delivered efficiently from both the bar and the kitchen.

Checks in with guests after food has been served to ensure quality and any additional items they wish to order

Follows OLCC policies, including proper ID checking, responsible beverage service and ensuring no one under 21 is served alcohol.

Maintains organization, neatness and cleanliness throughout the shift: removes dishes, silverware as guests finish, keeps tables free of empty and unneeded items

Thanks guests and asks them to return

Works as a team to clear and reset tables as guests leave.

Follows company cash handling guidelines and turns in all cash sales and tips to shift lead.

Completes assigned ongoing and end of shift side work and other duties as requested by management/shift leads.

Helps promote a safe, clean environment for employees and guests.

Physical Requirements:
Strong physical stamina

Able to work at a fast pace

Ability to work on feet standing/walking for duration of shift

Ability to perform Pulling/Twisting/Reaching when required on shift

Ability to regularly lift 10-20 lbs
