    AquaPhoenix Scientific Customer Service Representative

    AquaPhoenix Scientific is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Hanover, PA. As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in exceeding customer expectations through efficient handling of inquiries, orders, and maintaining professional communication.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide customers with quotes, product availability, and lead times
    • Handle inquiries and orders effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and communication skills
    • Maintain accuracy in order processing and data verification
    • Stay updated on product developments and work well within a team
    • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
    • Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

    Minimum Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED required, college degree preferred
    • Prior Customer Service experience in manufacturing is a bonus
    • Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced setting
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Enthusiastic, proactive, and well-organized
    • Effective time management skills
    • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and initiative
