    Ordr is seeking UI/UX Software Director in Santa Clara, USA who thrives in a fast-paced, cross functional matrix and challenging environment.


    Title:
    UI/UX Software Director
    BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Science with 7+ years of relevant experience

    Proficiency in Web Application model, Angular, D3, SVG, WebSocket, HTML5, CSS, React,
    ~ Proficiency in programming languages like Javascript, Java, C++, Python
    ~ Good knowledge about Database, Communication model, Software Development BitBucket/GitHub, Atlassian/JIRA, NGINX
    ~2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of delivering successful software products.
    ~3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably leading a team of UI/UX designers and developers.
    ~ Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, as well as experience conducting user research and usability testing.
    ~ Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
    ~ Nice to have – experience on Networking Protocols, Security and IOT

    Lead the UI/UX team in defining the overall design strategy and vision for our software products.

    Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into elegant and intuitive user experiences.

    Drive the release process from concept to delivery, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and final implementation.
    Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all products.
    Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and develop their skills.

    Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design and incorporate them into our design processes.

    Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design and development efforts and to advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle.

    Comfortable working effectively with cross-functional and remote team members.
    Strong logical and creative problem-solving skills, good oral and written communication skills, and excellent analytical skills.
