    Position Overview:

    The Operations Manager position is based on the East Coast and is responsible for the account management of a group of licensed and franchised bowl shops. The manager will frequently travel throughout the US by flight and driving and work to onboard, train, and quality audit our partners to ensure managers and team members for each facility align with brand standards and are upheld across all licensed and franchised operations.

    Provides input to senior leadership in Operations and Business Development to help grow the business and build brand standards while ensuring brand consistency. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Lead, support & coordinate with multiple departments, vendors, and customers on new account set-up from beginning to opening and ongoing support for licensed and franchised locations.
    • Train and audit licensed and franchised locations on operations and maintenance to ensure brand standard execution.
    • Support & partner with SAMBAZON Team Members and external partners to continually improve and innovate brand standards and resources.
    • Work collaboratively with the supply chain team to support forecasting and planning new retail locations and procuring adequate products and supplies to meet business demands.

    Education and Experience:

    • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of two years of related field account management/operations experience.
    • ServSafe Managers Food Safety Certification within 30 days of employment.
