Job summary
The ERDC DSRC Site Lead organizes directs and manages contract operations support functions involving multiple complex and interrelated tasks manages the client interface at the senior level of the client organization The Site Lead has overall responsibility for GDIT team performance at the ERDC DSCR.- Provide local onsite interface to ensure proactive two-way communication between GDIT leadership and customer.
- Ensure that local customer requirements are accurately identified and met.
- Candidate must possess strong effective communication skills both written oral Candidate must be an effective leader with a broad technical background in HPC Data Center management/support capable of interacting communicating with all disciplines of technical support staff at a DSRC to ensure center requirements are met.
