    What we're looking for:

    CCRN is seeking a Full-TimeBehavioral Health Personal Care Assistant to join our caring and compassionate team in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. As a Behavioral Health Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide individualized behavioral support services in school-based settings to students with special needs.

    What you'll do:

    • Provide in school support to assigned student with special needs
    • Maintain positive relationships with teachers and other staff
    • Consult with and assist the Behavioral Specialist Consultant (BSC) in the development and implementation of treatment plans
    • Timely submission of daily student summaries and clinical documentation, including PCA interventions, observation of behaviors displayed, etc.

    What you'll need:

    • Bachelor's degree in a Behavioral Health related field.
    • (1-3) years of direct care experience OR a combination of education and experience
    • Must be able to obtain necessary clearances and complete CPR/First Aid, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) or Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) trainings
    • Teaching Certificates
    • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

    Must be able to work with "high-risk" consumers who have mental illnesses as well as developmental and physical disabilities.     • Hourly Range: starting at $21.00 per hour
