- Management, mentorship, training (ie roleplays), coaching ongoing performance of the sales team
- Establish a sales strategy and implement it, with the goal of increasing revenue by 50% through cross-selling, expanding non-core services and launching new service areas
- Analyze current sales processes (including client acquisition, brand recognition, sales materials), identifying areas for improvement in support of the company sales goals and overall sales strategy you establish and implement
- Establish and monitor sales KPIs (ie: client acquisition cost, team performance) including creating a sales KPI dashboard
- Improve and reinforce alignment between Sales / Production team and Account Management team, collaborating closely with the Head of Accounts Management
- Experienced in the commercial insurance industry
- Experienced leading and managing a team – you enjoy working with others to remove obstacles to their success, mentoring and driving excellence
- Excited to make your mark, bring process improvements and expand company footprint
- Experience with commercial agriculture, crop or farming insurance
- Certified Insurance Counselor certification

Head of Sales – Your Job Duties
You will lead the sales strategy and team as the Head of the Sales department, from strategy setting to team deployment.

Head of Sales – You Might Have (Desired, Not Required)
Compensation $160,000 to $180,000 + salary plus incentive compensation plan. Anticipated OTE $220,000 +.
