    The Foundation is a separate 501(c)(3) Texasnon-profit corporation, organized and operated exclusively for charitable, religious andeducational purposes.

    As a separate corporation, it is an integrated auxiliary supporting theCatholic Diocese of Fort Worth, charged with receiving contributions intended to benefitsupported activities and managing and distributing these contributions for the benefit of thosesupported activities.


    The Opportunity:


    Reporting to the President of the Advancement Foundation, the Director of Data Management& Prospect Research is responsible for data management efforts of the Catholic Education andFaith Formation (CEFF) capital campaign in North Texas.

    Through the management of all dataof the Advancement Foundation, working with Raisers Edge (and other CRMs), and partneringwith frontline philanthropy professionals, this position will enhance the effectiveness of thedevelopment team by synthesizing relevant information from internal and public sources.

    Thisposition will create donor portfolios, create donor pipelines, create donor strategies, performprospect research and advise on prospect prioritization to help maximize solicitations forprivate gifts and grants.
    • Directs and maintains a comprehensive and accurate philanthropic database.
    • Manages process of data hygiene, data enhancement, wealth screening and wealthscoring.
    • Partners with campaign leadership to identify feasibility study participants.
    • Assists in creation of gift matrix for capital campaign.
    • Establishes dashboards for development professionals for performance trackingpurposes.
    • Facilitates access and provides training on the database to other staff members.
    • Oversees stewardship of Foundation donors, including the tracking and reporting ofendowments.
    • Oversees development of a strong prospect pipeline to support fundraising needs ofthe Foundation.
    • Identify and monitor a list of top prospects for CEFF campaign leadership. Discuss andencourage prospect strategies with Regional Directors of Development and CEFFcampaign leadership to encourage movement through the philanthropic process.
    • Works as part of an integrated management team to establish overall goals andstrategies for increasing private support to the Advancement Foundation. Contributesto the effective team management of all relevant problems, issues and opportunities.
    • Other duties as assigned by the CEFF campaign leadership.

    Strategy and Prospecting
    • Identifying strategies to renew and increase giving from current donors.
    • Reviewing, updating, and refreshing the donor and prospect portfolios and pipelines asappropriate.
    • Developing, planning, designing, and implementing various fundraising programs.
    • Conducting research on prospects and donors.
    • Assisting with production of general Foundation fundraising meetings and events asneeded
    • Generating internal documents as appropriate.
    • Completing other tasks and duties as assigned.
