About the Role:

We've currently partnered with a global electrical and networking solutions company who is looking to bring on a Director of Ethics and Compliance.

This position allows for growth, development, and visability while reporting directly into the CCO at a global firm.


Responsibilities:

Lead the refinement of protocols within the Ethics and Compliance program to assess third-party diligence, aiming to mitigate risks associated with external partnerships.

Strengthen global anti-corruption and anti-bribery initiatives, ensuring compliance with economic sanctions laws, by staying updated on legal requirements, adjusting policies, utilizing data analytics, and conducting training sessions for local teams.

Direct Ethics and Compliance investigation procedures, including developing relevant policies and protocols, and managing reports received via the company's ethics hotline and other channels.

Supervise or conduct investigations, including facilitating interviews, documentation, and maintaining case management databases, while monitoring progress on remedial actions.

Support the company's global Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) objectives by staying informed about relevant regulations worldwide, providing guidance to subject matter experts, and assisting with ESG-related customer inquiries.

Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree
5-10 years of experience in a Compliance-related role with a proven track record of leading programs.
Prior experience in the manufacturing industry
Third-party due diligence experience
Familiarity with information technology and data analytics
