Counseling Center Director - Lexington

Job summary
The Counseling Center Director will provide strategic leadership and campus collaboration to ensure the university's mental health initiatives are aligned with its mission and vision. They will serve as the lead subject matter expert on student mental health and provide consultation and guidance to senior administration and campus partners.Qualifications
- Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in counseling psychology, clinical psychology, or a closely related field
- Full licensure as a psychologist in Maryland, or able to become licensed in Maryland
- Progressively responsible clinical counseling experience, including supervisory or administrative roles within a counseling or mental health setting
- Demonstrated experience in crisis intervention risk assessment evidence-based counseling practices Strong organizational fiscal operational management skills Excellent interpersonal written oral communication skills including collaboration across diverse campus constituencies Commitment to inclusive culturally responsive clinical organizational practices
