    Marketing ManagerThe Marketing manager will be involved in all aspects of brand marketing for the lash category.

    Key areas of focus include marketing plan development and implementation on a global level of execution of those plans including media, social media, promotion, PR, digital media, and influencer programs.


    Job Description:
    Assists Senior Manager in all categories of marketing activities, planning and budgeting. Manages the execution of all plans on a global basis for all regions and accountsIntegral role in a Brand Marketing team by overseeing all efforts involved in traditional brand marketing

    strategy, public relations, media, influencers, promotions, sampling, packaging, ecommerce, sales support, and retailer signageOversees category budget and program management of all projects to ensure alignment, accuracy, and executional excellenceProvides category and brand recommendations for promotional planning, and marketing support activities for both retail channel and e-commerce siteManages all aspects and works with all internal partners and external agencies to develop promotional assortments, approve concepts, artwork, renderings, sell sheets, support planning and forecasting for US and assist with synergies with global retail accountsKey role in digital media and communications including briefing agencies, establishing content and media strategy, establishing KPIs and goals, researching new platform opportunities, participating in the asset creation processEstablish influencer marketing strategy for US and global; brief and develop contracts with agencies, influencer selection and approval; leading the integration of content into marketing effortsCoordinates & interacts regularly with internal partners for brand integration and execution of all programsWorks closely with Product Development and Creative teams to execute all artwork requirements for both existing & new items globally

    Qualifications:
    Marketing major required/MBA desired6-8 years progressive brand Marketing experience with a track record of success

    examples to be showBeauty or consumer packaged goods background preferredDetail-oriented, collaborative, have a positive attitude, a self- starter, be well organized and possess good interpersonal skillsExperience working in both e-commerce channel and mass retail channelSocial & digital media experience and knowledge requiredExperience working with agencies requiredStrong strategic, presentation and executional skillsExamples of past marketing presentation work are encouragedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsResults-oriented and strategic thinkerAbility to work independently in a fast fast-paced environmentOutstanding computer skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word are a must
