This individual will take ownership of the contractor management program emphasizing excavation and electrical safety. They'll play a key role in promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization by leading on-site contractor safety programs daily orientations inspections audits ensuring OSHA compliance expertise training developing reports presentations documentation tracking corrective actions partnering with project management superintendents HR aligning practices needs promoting leadership hands-on engagement improving job site conditions 3 - 5 years experience construction industry ideally within electrical or heavy civil environments proficiency Microsoft Office software
