Position: Accounting Manager

Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite- Midvale, UT

Hours: Full time Monday- Friday

Pay: $95,000-$110,000

As an Accounting Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring effective, efficient, and accurate financial and administrative operations. Reporting directly to the Controller, you'll oversee a talented team of accounting professionals, charting a course toward financial stability and growth.

Responsibilities

Financial Navigation: Ensure accurate and efficient accounting processes daily.

Monthly Close: Monitor assets throughout various branches vigilantly.

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Precisely oversee incoming and outgoing funds.

Streamlined Operations: Enhance departmental functions for increased productivity.

Audit Support: Provide assistance for audit inquiries to maintain regulatory compliance.

Financial Reporting: Execute routine entries, account reconciliations, and support monthly financial statement preparation.

Cash Management: Conduct cash transactions and reconcile bank accounts diligently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

CPA license preferred (or actively working toward it)

Mortgage industry experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ethical and committed to company values

3 years' experience in accounting

Strong Excel skills
