Job summary
We are seeking a energetic and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team.In this role, you will work closely with children with developmental disabilities including autism,
to implement behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles,
collecting data, and ensuring the well-being of clients while fostering a positive and engaging environment.
Duties
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide direct support to clients in various settings, including home and community environments.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors to assist in ongoing assessments and treatment planning.
