    Overview

    We are looking for a highly skilled Ecom Operations Manager with at least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Amazon Seller Central, both in the US and overseas. The Ecom Operations Manager will report to the Director of Operations and have full ownership of our online business from an operations perspective. They will ensure our online sales channels are consistently stocked with inventory and operational issues are resolved and communicated promptly.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Inventory Management: Ensure all online sales channels are properly stocked with inventory to meet customer demand and sales targets. Collaborate with the inventory and supply chain teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations.
    • Global Amazon Seller Central Management: Oversee operations on Amazon Seller Central, both in the US and overseas, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
    • Other E-Comm fulfillment channel Management: Oversee the onboarding/set up of any new or existing channels and collaborate with sales leadership to ensure launch milestones and timelines are met. Ensure all Operational facets are discussed during the onboarding process to mitigate any future challenges. Monitor key metrics, such as sales performance, inventory health, and fulfillment efficiency, taking corrective action when necessary.
    • Operational Issue Resolution: Resolve operational issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth ecomm operations. Communicate operational challenges and resolutions to the Director of Operations and other relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
    • Create Visibility: Create a culture of visible management within your team. Utilize platform to display KPIs and metrics that help explain and portray the full ecom operations health status.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of operations across the organization. Provide insights and feedback to support product development, promotions, and other business initiatives.
    • Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on e-commerce operations, including sales performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
    • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance e-commerce operations, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing relevant strategies to optimize operations.
    • Team Management: Build and lead a team of Operations Specialists to support and maintain all of our online sales channels' operational needs. Channels include but not limited to: Amazon, Ebay, TikTok, Shopify, and more.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with significant experience in Amazon Seller Central (US and overseas).
    • Strong understanding of e-commerce business models, inventory management, and online sales channels.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and resolve issues proactively.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of e-commerce operations. Emphasized focus on creating and implementing cost-savings initiatives within online channels.
    • Passion or interest in powersports and/or outdoor supply industry
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and intense sense of urgency a plus
