Position Summary
Trusted Nursing is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Director of Nursing (RN) to join our leadership team in Oak Ridge, TN. This position works directly with the Director of Nursing and provides oversight and support to Senior Case Managers across the region.
The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with home health experience, knowledge of DOL/EEOICPA processes, and a passion for mentoring and developing nursing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide regional clinical oversight and leadership to Senior Case Managers
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure compliance, quality, and performance standards are met
- Ensure adherence to Joint Commission guidelines and home health regulations
- Monitor patient care plans for quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of nursing staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development
- Assist with audits, documentation review, and quality assurance initiatives
- Serve as a clinical resource and escalation point for complex cases
- Promote a culture of accountability, compassion, and excellence
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee (multi-state compact license preferred)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- 5+ years of nursing experience, including leadership or supervisory experience
- Home health experience required
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and documentation standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel regionally as needed
Pay: $80, $87,000.00 per year
