    **Immediately Hiring – Payroll Administrator **

    Job Type: Full-time/Hourly

    Location: Hybrid - Wexford, PA and Remote

    What will you do as a Payroll Administrator?

    The Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing regular bi-weekly and special payroll runs, reconciling and resolving timecard issues, balancing PTO and hours worked, entering data for new hires, updating spreadsheets and filing reports needed for the financial closing process. The Payroll Administrator is also responsible for maintaining employee's expense reimbursement receipts throughout the payroll period.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:


    • Maintains employee data on the ADP payroll system. including the correct entry of changes in employee's status.


    • Reviews timesheets, checks for accuracy and obtains necessary approvals.


    • Answers all questions relating to employee payments and responds to requests in a timely manner.


    • Creates & upkeeps spreadsheets to follow processes that assist with time management and organize daily functions.


    • Monitors the use of the electronic timekeeping system including gathering & tracking time records of employees.


    • Ensures the biweekly payment of employees.


    • Coordinates efforts with human resources & accounting in order to ensure accurate employee data, including all new hires and terminations.


    • Ensures maximum compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.


    • Works with service provider to ensure the accurate payment, reporting and reconciliation of all employer and employee related payroll taxes and compliance with applicable local specific tax laws.


    • Processes all garnishments and completes related reports.


    • Ensures the updating of the organization's payroll procedures.


    • Processes changes to & maintains records of employee benefit deductions & PTO.


    • Gathers employee receipts & ensures timely reimbursement.


    • Processes & reconciles company credit card charges using expense management software.


    • Performs other duties as assigned, to include but not limited to accounting functions.


    • Understands & performs the tasks assigned and completes in a timely manner.


    • Maintains CDL business and patient confidentiality.

    QUALIFICATIONS:


    • Must have 5+ years of payroll processing experience, multi-state processing a plus.


    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred


    • Must have experience with Microsoft products.


    • Must be optimistic, enthusiastic, and able to communicate effectively and courteously with all levels of personnel, vendors, and customers.


    • Experience with desktop computers and software including database & presentation software.


    • Payroll certification is a plus.


    • Experience with ADP Workforce Now & SAP Concur for expenses is a plus.


    • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
