    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Pharmacy Technician at Hometown Pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
    • Prescription Processing: Accurately and efficiently process prescription orders, including data entry and insurance verification.
    • Medication Dispensing: Prepare and dispense medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, ensuring patient safety and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
    • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor.
    • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and restocking medications and supplies.
    • Compliance: Follow all pharmacy policies and procedures, including maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to regulatory guidelines.

    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • CPhT preferred
    • Pharmacy Technician experience required
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
    • Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is a plus.
