Litchfield County We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic Primary Care Physician to join the core faculty team in an enriching and nurturing environment.

This full-time role is based in Litchfield County, CT and offers a unique opportunity to educate future rural family medicine physicians while providing comprehensive primary care services to a diverse age group.

Position Details:

Schedule:
Full-time, weekdays only, with a balanced mix of precepting, patient care, and administrative duties Setting: 100% office-based outpatient care On-call: Minimal, averaging 2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months

Candidate Requirements:
