Vetted is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel job in Provo, Utah.Must have 2+ years of experience.
This contract pays approximately $10,093/month gross.
Assignment details:
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift length: 8 hour shifts
Hours per week: 40

Job responsibilities:
Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs as appropriate.
Support safe mobility and use standardized safety practices during sessions.
Communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team to support care planning.
Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record.
