- In-depth understanding of semiconductor physics, quantum mechanics, and solid-state physics
- Proficiency in semiconductor fabrication techniques such as deposition, lithography, etching, and doping, with a strong understanding of how these processes impact device performance.
- Experience with characterization techniques for electrical testing, assessing material properties and device performance.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for process simulation, device modeling, and data analysis.
- Several years of hands-on experience in semiconductor fabrication, preferably in a research or industry setting.
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, equipment operation, and safety procedures.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to design and optimize semiconductor fabrication processes for radio frequency circuits, with responsibilities including deposition, lithography, and etching.
