    Global Partner Marketing Strategist

    Overview

    This role involves developing and implementing global strategies and go-to-market guidance to drive high-impact plans and outcomes that support growth objectives with our strategic partners worldwide.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build successful working models and serve as the primary interface for our partner marketing team.
    • Develop joint marketing plans and outcomes with and through partners, focusing on delivering customer-centric, data-driven marketing programs to globally managed partners.
    • Establish a strong partnership ecosystem by building relationships with key partners, creating cross-functional alignment, and refining KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to focus on business outcomes.
    • Lead a team of partner marketers, fostering their growth and development, and building a world-class capability.
    • Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure our partners are integrated into relevant go-to-market motions and plans.
    • Develop processes to align marketing investments, including relationship management, joint demand generation, and joint thought leadership activities.
    • Oversee demand generation and pipeline activities, working closely with regional partner teams to develop go-to-market plans that align with strategic objectives and business outcomes.

    Requirements

    • Significant experience in B2B software industry marketing, with a focus on working with partners in all aspects of engagement (Cybersecurity is a plus).
    • Understanding of cloud and technology alliance partner landscape, cloud buying models, and marketplace programs (preferred).
    • Expert knowledge of and experience working with the partner ecosystem and best practices in partner marketing.
    • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and open environment, creating the context and working environment for associates to deliver beyond expectations.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with cloud & technology alliance partners to achieve success.
    • Deep understanding of using market intelligence, insight, and data to formulate and develop strategies and plans.
    • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
