    Position: Project Accountant / Contract Admin
    Location: Walnut Creek, CA (100% on-site)

    We are currently hiring a Project Accountant/Contract Administrator to join our team in Walnut Creek. This is a direct hire position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage monthly billings, including time and material billings
    • Process subcontractor invoices accurately and efficiently
    • Handle accounts receivable tasks
    • Utilize Viewpoint Spectrum ERP system to input costs and monitor project expenses against estimates
    • Oversee collections for assigned projects, handling 10-18 projects monthly
    • Provide support to 3-5 Project Managers

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as a Project Accountant or Contract Administrator preferred
    • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Viewpoint Spectrum
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

    Salary Range: $75,000 - $87,000 annually
