Job DescriptionDescription:Full time opening is available on our Administrative Customer Service team to join a stable and growing private organization in the dental laboratory industry that has built a reputation for supplying its customers with exceptional quality and service.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Assist in answering multiple phone lines.
Log in case info accurately into database, uploading/downloading case documents, case photos, etc.
Provide administrative support.
Packing, shipping, mailing packages and utilizing UPS/FedEx system.
Assist in case inquiries, communicating with customers, invoicing and general administrative duties.
Data Entry
Provide excellent customer service.
This is an in office position, not remote work.
