    The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Clinical QI Coordinator to join our Permanent Family Solution Network Department The Clinical Coordinator works with the Team Lead and Auditing Specialist to perform targeted and general chart audits to monitor and improve the quality and compliance of documentation in the Electronic Health Record. The Clinical Coordinator will track data trends and provide feedback to the QI team, program managers and staff. The Clinical Coordinator assists in the development and coordination of the activities of the Quality improvement Department related to the quality and compliance of clinical services provided by TBR programs and the documentation there of.

    Schedule: Full-time, Non-Exempt (Monday - Friday, Normal Business Hours)

    Location: Whitehall, OH (fully in office)

    What you'll do:
    • Engages in regular audits of clinical charts based on statistical analysis of % records pulled per program, analyzes data, and provides feedback to program directors and Ranch managers
    • Coordinates and collaborates with the finance department as well as the various programs within Buckeye Ranch to Monitor and address any issues related to clinical documentation and quality of care
    • Works with QI Audit team to continually assess, analyze, and identify strengths and weaknesses in documentation and/or provision of care based on audit data
    • Maintain compliance with appropriate policies and procedures, standards, regulations, and rules pertinent to services provided.
    • Keeps records of internal audits and peer reviews and analysis data
    • Provides feedback, reports to QI audit team and program directors regarding findings in clinical chart audits and proposes appropriate responses. Works with designated staff to implement and corrective action.
    Who you are:
    • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Mental Health related field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology Required, Master's Degree preferred
    • You have Clinical experience in Mental/Behavioral Health. Must have the ability to assess the clinical quality of documentation. At least 1 year of related experience in quality improvement activities preferred.
    • You have Child Welfare experience.
    • License in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy Required, Independent Licensure preferred.
    • You have proficiency with computer programs necessary to complete the above tasks including Office 365, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word, navigation of electronic health records (Electronic Health Record).
    • You have an active driver's license.
