    The Customer Service Representative is an essential part of
    Edge Concept's Customer Service and Sales team.

    The primary goal of the Customer Service Representative is to consistently provide a high level of support and experience to the team in order to maintain clients, generate revenue, grow the client base, and grow the company.


    Who you will be working with:


    Our Customer Service team is the face of our clients to our customers, and we want their support experience to set new standards, just like our clients' products do.

    Our Customer Service team cares for customers by solving problems and scaling solutions, incubating new products and promotional packages, and sharing feedback with the rest of the office to influence company development.
