The primary responsibilities of this role include servicing our current portfolio of 2,000 business clients, cultivating new business opportunities through referrals and leads, and leading a small team in executing these tasks.
As you gain proficiency in our operation processes, you'll transition into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, on average.
Strong leadership and supervisory abilities. Exceptional task prioritization and delegation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment. Driven by a passion for helping others and fostering relationships. Proficiency in time management and organization. Previous experience in sales or customer service.
