    Description

    KELLER is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, someone with a strong drive and sense of purpose. With a rich history spanning over a century, KELLER is a pioneering force in the industry.

    The primary responsibilities of this role include servicing our current portfolio of 2,000 business clients, cultivating new business opportunities through referrals and leads, and leading a small team in executing these tasks.

    As you gain proficiency in our operation processes, you'll transition into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, on average.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage the existing client base effectively.
    • Identify and explore new business prospects within the B2B sector.
    • Supervise and drive team performance and outcomes.
    • Provide training and mentorship to incoming team members on established procedures.
    • Report field activities daily using Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proven track record of top-notch time management and meeting deadlines.

    Strong leadership and supervisory abilities. Exceptional task prioritization and delegation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment. Driven by a passion for helping others and fostering relationships. Proficiency in time management and organization. Previous experience in sales or customer service. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach. Community-minded. Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce expertise preferred).


    Licensing Requirements:
    • Must hold a valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • A clean background check and personal transportation are mandatory.
    • 45-day minimum evaluation period before progression.
