Job summary
The Senior Attorney will provide legal support for the implementation of the State's Climate Change Superfund Act (S.2129-B) (Climate Superfund Act).
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal counsel regarding regulations, programs, and policies to implement and enforce the statutory directives contained in the Climate Superfund Act.
