    Job summary

    Support front counter customers in person or over the phone. Take product orders, enter product orders into the system, pull orders and invoice orders. The accomplishment of these responsibilities will be realized while maintaining our commitment to a safe and respectful environment that regards exceeding our customer's service expectations as our ultimate quality goal.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assisting walk in and phone customers with orders having the goal of exceeding their expectations.
    • Entering orders in the system, managing a cash till, following established procedures
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in a retail sales capacity
    • Experience with and knowledge of IS products and customers
    • Experience with IS inventory management system
    Required Qualifications:
    • Strong attendance record
    • Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
    • Ability to operate a computer with general knowledge of Office programs and email communications.
    • Ability to provide excellent customer service meeting IS standards
