- Supervise and support our multidisciplinary staff, facilitating therapeutic groups and interventions
- Assist with contract compliance, licensing, quality assurance, and program oversight
- Provide crisis management and share on-call responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and facilitate admissions for new residents
- Oversee medication management and clinical documentation standards
- Collaborate with external providers for coordinated, holistic care
- Monitor program performance and outcomes; identify areas for improvement
- Current clinical license in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PhD/PsyD)
- Management experience supervising clinicians in a therapeutic setting
- Deep knowledge of co-occurring disorders and commitment to recovery principles
- Exceptional leadership skills to build a cohesive, mission-driven team
- Strong communication, organization, and crisis management abilities

About the Associate Residential Program Director Role
In this vital leadership position, you'll work closely with the Program Director to provide administrative, clinical, operational, and fiscal oversight for our 16-bed residential facility.
