We are looking for an experienced Corporate Attorney to join our client's robust corporate legal team. As a Corporate Attorney, you will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel to businesses and organizations. Your key responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing a wide range of corporate contracts and agreements.
• Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Conducting legal research and staying informed about corporate law regulations.
• Collaborating with clients and senior attorneys on complex corporate legal matters.
• Providing expert guidance and support on business-related legal issues.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate law practice.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
