    Description

    As an Assembly Machine Operator specializing in small parts, particularly calipers and micrometers, you will play a critical role in the production process. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and oversee machinery involved in assembling precision instruments, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the final product.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited:

    Execute the setup and operation of assembly machines designed for small parts, focusing on calipers and micrometers.

    Conduct thorough inspections of assembled components using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure adherence to precise specifications and quality standards.

    Follow established assembly procedures and guidelines to guarantee the correct sequence of operations, minimizing errors and defects.

    Identify and address any issues or malfunctions in the assembly machinery promptly, collaborating with maintenance teams as needed.

    Regularly calibrate and verify the accuracy of measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers to maintain precision in the assembly process.

    Maintain accurate records of production data, quality control checks, and any adjustments made during the assembly process.

    Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

    Work closely with team members, including supervisors, quality control personnel, and maintenance staff, to achieve production goals and address any challenges that may arise.

    Skills/Qualifications:

    Proven experience as an Assembly Machine Operator, with a focus on small parts, calipers, and micrometers.

    Familiarity with precision measurement tools and instruments.

    Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.

    Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

    Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to address machinery issues.
