    Description

    Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

    Location: Weirton, West Virginia

    1. Manufacturing and equipment engineers to support current manufacturing equipment install, commissioning and ramp up at Form Factory 1

    2. Manufacturing engineers to support the design & FAT planning & execution of our first high volume manufacturing line.

    3. Manufacturing engineers to support the concept, RFPs and high-volume manufacturing systems of the next generation product.

    Qualification: BE Any Engineering

    Experience Range: 5 -7 Years

    Job Description

    Equipment commissioning reports and approval documentation

    Planning and process documentation for operations.

    Safety and quality documentation.

    Line and equipment design.

    FAT plan and execution for assigned lines/equipment.

    Technical specifications/requirements for required equipment and services bids and technical review of supplier proposals.

    Planning and scheduling for vendor engagement and equipment integration.

    Develop & execute equipment installation schedules, collaborating with necessary Form Energy teams to align on execution.

    Activities include:

    Support equipment commissioning, validation and drive the hand over process to operations.

    Support manufacturing line design, RFPs, vendor engagement and equipment integration to the factory.

    Support equipment design, industrial studies and support purchasing equipment.

    Support equipment installation, working closely with the tool install team & facilities team.

    Factory Plan of Record layout including manufacturing, material and people flow.

    Analytics and modeling to develop flow paths and aisle sizing for products, raw materials, and work in progress,

    Allocate, optimize space for production lines and other supporting functions to maximize operational and people needs.

    Orchestrate the stakeholders for space utilization through data-driven analysis.

    Develop material flow and layout metrics to drive factory efficiency with the cross-functional teams (manufacturing, operations...)

    Optimize flow, inline and interline buffers/storage, Measure, establish and optimize capacity specs/targets (OEE and cycle times).

    Densify the factory, eliminating non-value-add movement or processes, distill many inputs into few: delivering world-class decision support for senior leaders and executives"
