Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a FGP Front Desk Supervisor.
In this role, the successful candidate Responsible for the oversight and direct supervision of the daily operations of administrative support functions at the practice, including but not limited to check-in, check-out, scheduling and support of all non-physician staff.
Ensures daily functions are properly staffed to accommodate patient flow and that operations run smoothly throughout the day.In conjunction with the Faculty Group Practice Managers, develops policies and procedures, implements new process and monitors compliance to establish guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of prior supervisory/management experience in the health care field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
*Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
